Glenn and Kelly Williams – Company Owners

Glenn, a lifelong Minneapolis native, has been helping people with their housing needs in the Twin Cities Metro Area for the past twenty years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota and an instructor for Lifeonaire, teaching people to live abundantly. Glenn and Kelly are also active with Northern Lights Greyhound Adoption. We’re improving Twin Cities neighborhoods one house at a time.

Haley Tomai – Administrative Assistant

Hi! I’m Haley. I joined the KNG team in 2019, and as an administrative assistant, I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I support the day-to-day operations of the company, assist our team throughout the selling process, and work hard to ensure everything stays organized and efficient for both our clients and staff.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, so I love anything that gets me outdoors, especially being on the water, fishing, or spending time with my family. At home, life stays busy with my kids, our three cats, dog, and chickens. I’ve always had a big love for animals, family, and creating a warm, welcoming environment both at home and at work.

Ashley Bachler – Project Manager and Contractor

I joined the K&G team in 2019 as a Project Manager. After a year under my belt, I became a licensed General Contractor through the State of Minnesota. We then branched out and formed an in-house construction company that manages all our rehabs. As Chief Manager of the construction company, I hire all the subcontractors that work on our various rehabs to ensure the project runs smoothly from day one through completion.

Before working at K&G Investments, I worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for DCX Technologies. In my role there, I managed multiple projects, helped develop training plans, and managed workforce management tasks for a larger team. I graduated from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, majoring in Finance and minoring in Human Resources. I currently live in Andover with my husband and two children. In my free time, you’ll find me at my kid’s sports activities, running, or just being outside, as I love the outdoors.

Czaine Melana – Administrative Assistant

Hi, I’m Czaine! I’m a Philippines-based Administrative Assistant supporting both the rental and rehab sides of the business. I enjoy keeping things organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes. I love helping teams stay on track and making everyday tasks feel a little less overwhelming through attention to detail and a calm, reliable approach to work.

Outside of work, I’m all about slow living and finding balance in the little things. I enjoy doing pilates, cooking, exploring weekend markets, supporting local brands, and trying new restaurants whenever I can. I’m definitely a foodie at heart and always on the hunt for good food, cozy spaces, and experiences that help me relax and recharge.

Edna Baliwag – Construction Coordinator

Working remotely from the Philippines as the Project Manager’s right hand, I handle the vital administrative and construction support that keeps our projects moving seamlessly. I love seeing how our team transforms houses into homes for families, while remaining dedicated to meeting our rehab goals efficiently, ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband and our two children in our cozy home, traveling together, and watching our kids explore the world.

Joe Timbal – Acquisitions Assistant

Hi! I’m Joennil, but most people call me Joe. I work on the acquisition side of the business, helping keep our operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. I review and document seller calls, texts, and emails to ensure all important information is organized and communicated to the team. I also coordinate walkthrough appointments, manage calendars, send seller reminders, and prepare offer summaries and paperwork after walkthroughs. In addition, I assist with cold email marketing, while also tracking company KPIs such as leads, appointments, signed contracts, and closed deals to help the team monitor performance and growth.

I’m based in the Philippines and work remotely alongside the K&G team. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading books, and continuously learning new skills both professionally and personally. When I’m not working, you can usually find me at home with my seven (yes… unlike Haley’s five cats, I said seven) dogs!

Drew Perez – Lead Manager

Hi! I’m Drew, and I work as the Lead Manager for K&G Investments. I’m often one of the first people homeowners speak with when reaching out to our company. My role is to listen to each homeowner’s situation, answer questions, and help guide them through the selling process in a way that feels simple and stress-free.

I work closely with our team to ensure every homeowner is treated with honesty, professionalism, and clear communication from the very first conversation. Whether someone is dealing with a difficult property situation or simply looking to explore their options, I enjoy helping people find the best path forward.

Outside of work, I enjoy art, journaling, language learning, and spending time outdoors. I value meaningful conversations and always try to bring a calm and thoughtful approach to the people I work with every day.
