Glenn and Kelly Williams – Company Owners

Glenn, a lifelong Minneapolis native, has been helping people with their housing needs in the Twin Cities Metro Area for the past twenty years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota and an instructor for Lifeonaire, teaching people to live abundantly. Glenn and Kelly are also active with Northern Lights Greyhound Adoption. We’re improving Twin Cities neighborhoods one house at a time.

Glenn and Lauren Erickson-Acquisitions & Customer Relations Manager

I graduated from Purdue University with a Biology degree and immediately began my seven-year career in healthcare. In 2018, I was ready for a new challenge that provided work-life balance, unlimited possibilities for success, and legacy building for my future family. Real estate was the perfect fit! I joined the K&G Investments team in 2021 as the Acquisitions & Client Relations Manager. My main role is ensuring sellers are taken care of every step of the way. Apart from providing exceptional customer service, my goal is to empower sellers with the confidence and resources needed to navigate the selling process of either their own home or a loved one’s home. I love to cook, travel, volunteer & spend time with friends, family, and my pet pig, Bentley!

Haley Tomai – Administrative Assistant

Hi! I’m Haley. I joined the K&G team in 2019. As an administrative assistant, I do a lot of behind-the-scenes tasks for the company. I keep close contact with all our clients as we help guide you through the selling process. I like to ensure that anyone working with us isn’t left with questions or concerns from the start of the process until the end. You may also meet me at walkthroughs, taking pictures of properties!

I was born and raised in Minnesota, so my hobbies include indoor and outdoor activities. I love cooking for my family. I also enjoy fishing or just being out on the water in general. When I’m not outdoors, you can find me snuggled up at home with my five (yes… I said five) cats!

Ashley Bachler – Project Manager and Contractor

I joined the K&G team in 2019 as a Project Manager. After a year under my belt, I became a licensed General Contractor through the State of Minnesota. We then branched out and formed an in-house construction company that manages all our rehabs. As Chief Manager of the construction company, I hire all the subcontractors that work on our various rehabs to ensure the project runs smoothly from day one through completion.

Before working at K&G Investments, I worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for DCX Technologies. In my role there, I managed multiple projects, helped develop training plans, and managed workforce management tasks for a larger team. I graduated from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, majoring in Finance and minoring in Human Resources. I currently live in Andover with my
husband and two children. In my free time, you’ll find me at my kid’s sports activities, running, or just being outside, as I love the outdoors.

Renae Browley – Listing Agent

My name is Renae Browley, and I’m a licensed Associate Broker in Minnesota Residential Real Estate (License# 4059603.) I am brokered by eXp Realty! I’m a Minnesota native, growing up in an agricultural community in central Minnesota, and I always had BIG DREAMS to one day make my mark on the BIG CITY! I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, with both parents working in the family business. Real estate was my ticket that allowed me to stay home with my children when my husband and I started having a family! I made my initial mark on this business by studying the investing side of this business, where I met Glenn! Eventually, my endeavors led me to get my license in 2014, and I’ve since acquired my Broker’s license in 2017. I love every minute of what I do! It’s an honor and a pleasure to work with great companies like K&G Investments!! Making a positive impact on everyone they come in contact with is a direct alignment with me and my business!
